With the concept of "circle" as the concept of thinking, it is planned to produce a penetrating circular circular space, and maintain a number of independent unit spaces, symbolizing that each of them is a representative of Taiwan, but they are connected to each other and are in communion in this city. Image © Yi-Hsien Lee Photography漫步于中坜的生命之河「老街溪」旁，沿着近年改善有成的亲水绿带、欣赏散落的大型艺术作品，近日更新增一座宛如剧场般的圆形结构空间，柔软的线条像是溪流的延伸，与周围相互辉映着，这座宛若圆形剧场的开放式空间就座落在未来的A22捷运站与老街溪之间，这是郑文灿的南桃园竞选总部。

Image © Yi-Hsien Lee Photography桃园幅员从山跨到海，同时具有乡村与城市、山线与海线、人文与自然特色，在城市定位有许多独特的迷人特质，而多元族群文化即为其中一点，包含闽、客、原住民族等多元族群融合之貌，更是拥有86个眷村的眷村文化大城，加上工业发达所移入的东南亚外籍移工以及越南裔新住民等，因此，多元族群文化的丰富性更是重要的城市价值之一。

Image © Yi-Hsien Lee Photography因此，设计团队在空间设计上揉入城市人文脉络及空间使用机能，发展出具穿透式的环形空间，中央广场区则以碎石及草皮铺面围绕出桃园城市地图。环形空间中保有许多独立空间单元，每个单元皆有独立对外的开口，却又朝中心内聚、创造开放性的对话场所，也象征每个人、每种文化都是属于这座城市的一部分，相互牵连脉动，在这城市共融生活、推动城市发展。整体空间与公园、 溪流、城市融为一体，俯瞰宛若一群跳着圆舞曲的舞者，如波浪般接连起伏在舞台上潇洒旋转着，以柔软、弹性却又充满张力的设计感染每个人的情绪，而穿透的开放式空间，更让竞选总部成为周边居民与游客都可以自在享受的场所。
