彼得·库克（Peter Cook）爵士，英国建筑师、教授、作家，全球建筑行业的领军人物。他在六十年代领导成立了推崇现金技术的“建筑电讯派小组”（Archigram），并提出了他最著名理念之一：插入城市（The Plug-In City），立即引起了巨大的轰动，影响至今。
库克因建筑电讯派小组的理念闻名于世，同时他还有很多建成作品遍布全球，例如近期建成的奥地利格拉茨美术馆，向世人展示了库克前卫的理念。现在库克与加文·罗伯森（Gavin Robotham）共同创办了CRAB工作室（CRAB Studio）。
目前库克在伦敦大学学院（University College London）的巴特莱特建筑学院（Bartlett School of Architecture）长期就任院长，并被全球多个学院聘为客座教授，继续培育下一代建筑师。
用库克的话说，他的建筑是“抒情的、技术的、机械的，甚至有些哥特式的。”
2004年，库克和建筑电讯派小组被英国皇家建筑师学会（Royal Institute of British Architects）授予皇家金奖（Royal Gold Medal）。2010年，他组织策划 London Eight展览，同年他带队威尼斯建筑双年展英国馆的策展团队。库克目前是伦敦皇家艺术学院的高级研究员，同时他也在伦敦皇家大学（Royal College of Art），伦敦大学学院和德国法兰克福造型艺术学院（Hochschule fur Bildende Kunste）担任教授。
