本项目的目的是设计一个与日索尔相融合，根植于城市的人文历史的高中教育机构。日索尔这座城市保持着其中世纪的过去和当代的农村环境。过去，Louise Michel和Louis Aragon这两所高中是毗邻的，现在它们的管理和运行是紧密联系的，所以是时候将它们合并起来。
两所高中以前的运行模式相当复杂，多个出入口和缺乏联系把它们划分开来。我们决定采用一个简洁的设计，能够轻易地定向，并且促进两者之间的交流。新的联合高中在Old Eragny街道的两侧。一个大广场满足1500名学生和教员安全疏散和可达性的要求。我们在Louis Aragon高中的主操场与Louise Michel高中的操场之间搭建了一座桥梁，增加了两者之间的联系，统一了整个区域。
By his situation and his unifying function, the bridge building becomes the sign, the emblem of the new high school. It is also his focal point. It houses the spaces dedicated to students (school life, home, study rooms...), they are directly related to the two playgrounds. Professor’s spaces are located close to the administrative parts of the two high schools.
由于它所处的位置和它统一的功能，这座桥梁成了新高中的标志和象征，也是整个建筑的焦点。桥梁穿过服务于学生的空间（学校生活、家庭、自习室……），这些空间和两个操场直接相连。服务于教员的空间则靠近两所学校的行政区域。
